Consider asking for a room away from the security door for a quieter experience. The staff are also happy to assist with any specific requests.

The staff were extraordinarily helpful during my stay.
I was disappointed with the cleanliness of the bathroom, as there were stubborn stains that stood out and made me question the overall hygiene. Additionally, the noise from the busy street outside was noticeable, impacting the quality of my sleep. Lastly, I found the breakfast options to be limited and underwhelming, which left me feeling unsatisfied each morning.

A few things you should know
The location is phenomenal, adjacent to Phaya Thai station, making travel easy! Spacious rooms feature great amenities, and the staff are exceptionally friendly, ensuring a warm atmosphere.
Water temperature fluctuated often, which was disappointing. There were also power outages during my stay, and the breakfast options felt somewhat limited.

The location couldn't be better, literally right in front of the airport rail and connected to BTS. Getting around Bangkok was a breeze. The staff were super helpful. the young bellboy even came out with an umbrella when it started to rain, showing great care and service. My room was quite spacious and comfortable with four pillows, which is a nice touch. However, the bathroom needs attention. The bathtub had an awkward design that allowed water to drip onto the floor when using the shower head. Breakfast options were decent, but could improve as some dishes didn't quite meet my expectations. Also, the hotel was a bit dated in some areas. although it was clean, a more thorough cleaning could enhance the overall experience.

Encountered a bit of noise.
